Job responsibilities
- Studio Operations & Systems - Design and implement project management systems and SOPs for the entire studio. Standardize timelines, workflows, and quality control processes
- Vendor & Talent Management - Build and manage a vendor pool (editors, shooters, writers, animators). Set clear onboarding, engagement, and delivery standards
- Client Experience & Delivery - Streamline client onboarding and communication pipelines. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand
- Strategic Brand Growth - Activate marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and PR. Elevate JB Multimedia’s public profile using our existing portfolio and awards
- Financial & Operational Oversight - Support budgeting, costing, invoicing, and profitability management. Establish internal reporting structures to reduce dependency on the founder
Job Requirement
- 5–10 years experience in media production, creative agency ops, or storytelling-based organizations.
- A strategic thinker and strong executor who can bring structure to creativity.
- Deep understanding of African storytelling, creative workflows, and digital media.
- Proven ability to lead teams, build systems, and work across creative and operational functions
- Passion for socially-driven narratives and storytelling as a tool for change
- Based in Nigeria (preferably Lagos) with ambition to scale across Africa
