Job Description:

As our IT Administrator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and Configuring: Set up and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners, creating a seamless technology ecosystem.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Keep a watchful eye on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, making proactive adjustments as needed.
  • Timely Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service issues and requests, providing technical support to staff both in person and over the phone.
  • User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access and permissions.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and repair equipment, replacing items when necessary to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Technology Testing: Be on the cutting edge by testing and evaluating new technology, recommending innovative solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support and address escalated issues for both staff and customers, ensuring satisfaction.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Network Expertise: A strong foundation in network infrastructure and software.
  • Customer-Oriented: Maintain a customer-oriented approach to deliver superior technical support.
  • Problem Solver: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and analytical aptitude to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic IT environment.

Additional Desired Skills:

  • App Development: Experience in building applications.
  • Front-End & Back-End Development: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
