We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of our IT infrastructure while leading a team of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the organization’s IT operations, systems, and infrastructure
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee network security, data protection, and system backups
  • Lead IT projects, including upgrades, installations, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and asset inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT management or senior technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
  • Experience managing IT teams and leading complex technical projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems, databases, and software tools
  • Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA, or CISSP are an advantage
