Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer located in Port Harcourt.
- The IT Officer will manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and support end-users with technical issues.
- Responsibilities include maintaining hardware and software, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting system problems, and conducting regular system updates and backups.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT infrastructure management and network security
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting end-user technical issues
- Skilled in hardware and software maintenance
- Knowledge of implementing and managing new technologies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional certifications (such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus
