Job Description
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT equipment within the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by staff in a timely manner.
- Manage company emails, user accounts, and basic system access controls.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and digital platforms where applicable.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Must be able to design simple graphics, videos, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to messages/comments, and manage online customer interactions professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare periodic analytics reports.
- Support digital marketing initiatives such as online promotions, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure proper data backup, cybersecurity awareness, and safe IT practices within the organization.
- Assist with technology setup for meetings, presentations, and company events.
- Stay updated with new technology tools and social media trends relevant to the business.
