Role Summary
- As a Junior Graphic & Video Editor, you will assist the creative team in designing engaging visuals and editing impactful videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- You will work under the guidance of the Creative Lead, collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life across social media, events, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Support
- Assist the Creative Lead in developing digital assets, social media creatives, infographics, event banners, and presentation decks.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video materials.
- Prepare design templates and assist with illustrations, icons, and layouts.
Video Editing Support
- Edit and enhance short videos, reels, teasers, and product explainers.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and branding elements.
- Optimise video content for different digital platforms.
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in creating assets for campaigns, email newsletters, landing pages, and product launches.
- Support brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the Creative Lead and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Implement feedback promptly and accurately.
Asset Management
- Organise design and video files for easy access and version control.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards before delivery.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or tools like CapCut, Canva, or Figma.
- Portfolio showcasing work in both static and video formats.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and motion design basics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of B2B marketing, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with animation tools (Lottie, Adobe Animate, etc.).
- Basic scripting or voiceover coordination.
