Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Africa (online & offline)
- Manage digital campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, and webinars
- Lead social media strategy and content planning, with a focus on short-form video
- Create and localize content: product messaging, customer stories, and educational materials
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and branding teams
- Organize and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions
- Manage external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure high-quality outputs
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related roles
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Ability to work across teams and in a multicultural environment
