Description
- We’re seeking a professional who can lead and manage multimedia production workflows, oversee projects from concept to delivery, and inspire creative excellence across our production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee multimedia production projects (film, digital content, commercials, documentaries, branded content, etc.).
- Coordinate cross-functional creative teams (videographers, editors, animators, designers, sound engineers).
- Supervise the technical and creative process from pre-production through post-production.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators.
- Introduce innovative approaches and emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, MR, etc.) into the production pipeline.
- Maintain and manage multimedia equipment, software, and studio assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in multimedia/film/digital production management.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with industry-standard production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering high-quality productions.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to execute complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
