About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Network Engineering / Cloud / PCN Services (Office) – Level 1 professional to provide first-line support for office-based network, cloud, and private communication network (PCN) systems. This entry-level role will assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting cloud-based applications, and ensuring reliable IT services for office users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for office network and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN-related issues.
- Support users with cloud applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure/AWS basics).
- Assist in monitoring PCN and telecom services, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, and office network devices under supervision.
- Document incidents, service requests, and solutions in the IT helpdesk system.
- Support the implementation of system patches, updates, and office IT upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational standards.

- If additional related services, which may not have been captured in the list of services provided above are required, charging for such services will be as jointly agreed to by company and vendor.
- Expected Service Delivery Expertise for Infrastructure Support
- To ensure effective service delivery, contractor is expected to follow the resource guide.
Requirement
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in network, telecom, or cloud support.
- knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and VoIP technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud fundamentals).
- Understanding of PCN/telecom basics is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Cloud Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
