Job Summary
- We're seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our Technical Department!
- As a NOC Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.

- Network monitoring and maintenance
- Ticket management and troubleshooting

- Documentation and reporting

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure

Requirements
- Expertise in networking technologies, network monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of ISP technologies, internet protocols, and traffic engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a NOC or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment.
