Job Summary
- Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level OEM Channel Executive to join our growing team.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in technology, OEM partnerships, client engagement, and solution development.
- The successful candidate will support the development and management of OEM relationships while working closely with the sales, pre-sales, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of OEM partner relationships and act as a point of contact for assigned partners.
- Assist in onboarding new OEM partners and maintaining partner records and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between OEM partners and internal teams (sales, pre-sales, project).
- Assist in executing OEM channel strategies and partner initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and partner feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM agreements.
- Support the onboarding of the company as an OEM partner by coordinating the necessary documentation, obtaining required approvals, and ensuring all agreements are properly signed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, OEM partnerships or a related technical role (internship experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn about enterprise technology, OEM partnerships, and intelligent systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
