To establish and manage constructive relationships with suppliers. To negotiate and agree on contracts with suppliers that align with the needs of the business and manage these contracts through their lifecycle. To ensure valuable input in contracting and renewals in terms of applicable clauses, SLA metrics, penal clauses, escalation matrix and related regulatory clauses. To manage supplier performance to ensure they deliver good value for money. To develop and maintain a supplier policy and standards. To develop and maintain a supporting Supplier and Contract Database. Regularly collaborate with the Group vendor management and procurement team for prompt actions on contract renewals and zero expired contracts.

  • Increase in the number of suppliers meeting the targets within the contract.
  • Reduction in the number of breaches of contractual targets.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service monitoring team (PACC/SRE) to track and resolve service-related issues.
  • Timely provision of required audit/assessment documentation for IT third parties.
  • Effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers to gather audit required data.
  • Clear ownership and awareness of supplier and contractual issues.
  • To ensure that availability of services is not compromised by supplier performance

Qualifications

  • BSc In Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Relevant Professional certification can be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 2-4years experience in vendor management
  • Experience or additional exposure in financial management will be an added advantage.
