About the Role
- We are hiring an Operations Support – Backend Officer to ensure smooth daily operations of the CiCOServe platform.
- You will handle backend transaction issues, support reconciliation, maintain accurate records, and liaise with banks, service providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily backend operations for CiCOServe.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions.
- Provide backend data support for settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Liaise with service providers, banks, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and review operational performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in operations support (fintech, banking, or payments preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
