Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Demonstration
- Lead product demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solution architectures leveraging RightCom XP and related technologies.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery readiness.
- Provide technical inputs for proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team for continuous platform enhancement.
- Stay up to date on CX trends, SaaS tools, and digital transformation technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical account management.
- Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, APIs, and customer engagement platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
