Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc) is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience.
- At least 5 years of strategic-level experience in business development, branding, or marketing.
- Experience in the real estate, financial services, or luxury retail sectors.
- A strong understanding of strategic marketing planning and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing tools, and campaign design.
- Proficiency in brand management and communications, including public relations and content development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Plan and implement targeted campaigns (digital and offline) to promote our projects and services.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to refine our positioning.
- Drive the company's presence on social media, the web, and other digital platforms.
- Create and run multi-channel content and advertising campaigns tailored to segmented audiences.
- Build, manage, and expand a high-performing network of independent sales agents and brokers.
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
