Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Channel & Partnership Manager to oversee the performance, optimization, and integration of our digital channels.
- The ideal candidate will manage third-party vendors, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and business growth across platforms such as the Wealth Management Portal, Credit Portal, USSD, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all digital channels to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration and smooth operation of third-party services.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
- Monitor and enforce vendor SLAs, contracts, and performance standards.
- Ensure all digital channels comply with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Identify risks, recommend improvements, and support channel growth initiatives.
- Provide performance reports and insights using data analytics and KPIs.
- Resolve channel-related issues within agreed timelines.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital channel management, vendor management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (portals, USSD, integrated applications).
- Proven experience managing vendors and driving channel performance.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
