Job Summary
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the bank’s core banking applications, ensuring system stability, resolving complex issues, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for core banking applications
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system issues
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Work closely with vendors, developers, and internal teams
- Ensure minimal downtime of banking systems
- Mentor junior team members where required
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years hands-on experience in core banking application support
- Experience with any core banking system (platform not restricted)
- Strong understanding of banking operations
- Experience in production support environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
