  • We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer who can think strategically, act creatively, and deliver consistently. At Ha-Shem Limited, content isn’t just words on a page; it’s how we solve customer challenges, build trust, and fuel growth. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling content across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, ads, email campaigns, case studies, social media, webinars, podcasts, etc.).
  • Repurpose and recycle content (e.g., blogs into videos, podcasts into articles, eBooks into infographics) to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Stay on top of product updates and industry trends to produce timely and relevant content.

Customer-Centric Storytelling

  • Translate customer pain points and industry insights into empathetic, data-driven narratives.
  • Use storytelling to engage diverse audiences, blending creativity with accuracy.
  • Adapt tone and style like a chameleon aligning content with the language, mindset, and expectations of customers and prospects.

Campaign & Performance

  • Promote content effectively through social media, email marketing, paid ads, and sponsored content.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to increase visibility and organic traffic.
  • Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine messaging and content formats.
  • Track key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and continuously optimize for results.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with sales and design teams to align content with campaigns.
  • Organize and support webinars, ensuring engaging content flow and execution.
  • Execute campaigns on time, understanding the importance of deadlines and consistency in audience engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar.
  • Strategic thinker with solid planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, data analysis, and content performance measurement.
  • Skilled in promoting and distributing content across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to repurpose content into multiple formats for broader reach.

Technical & Industry Skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate at least two or more tech solutions on a foundational level.
  • Comfort with AI tools and data-driven marketing methods.
  • Experience with marketing automation, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Soft Skills

  • Creative problem solver who thrives on innovation.
  • Empathetic communicator who can build relationships internally and externally.
  • Adaptable and versatile, able to shift tone, style, and strategy based on the audience.
  • Consistent and schedule-driven, understands that content marketing is a marathon, not a sprint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in tech or B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of content across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Content Quality & Consistency – Deliver high-quality, error-free, and audience-appropriate content on schedule.
  • Engagement Metrics – Increase content engagement rates (click-throughs, shares, comments, average time on page, bounce rates).
  • SEO & Visibility – Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility across multiple platforms.
  • Lead Generation & Conversions – Drive qualified leads and contribute measurable ROI from content campaigns.
  • Repurposing Efficiency – Maximize the reach of every content piece by effectively repurposing into multiple formats.
  • Collaboration & Execution – Meet project deadlines and demonstrate strong cross-team collaboration.
  • Innovation & Trends – Proactively leverage AI tools, industry insights, and new content formats to keep content relevant and future-ready.
