Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays (8am - 5pm)

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across the company’s social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and sales. This role combines creativity, strategy, analytics, and the effective use of AI tools to drive consistent and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with company goals
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, graphics, short videos, reels, and stories
  • Write compelling copy that reflects the brand voice and supports marketing and sales objectives
  • Plan and manage content calendars across all platforms

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok)
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content relevant
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to route qualified leads

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Prepare simple performance reports and insights for management
  • Optimize content and posting times based on data and results

AI Tools & Digital Innovation

  • Use AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting, design, video editing, and research
  • Apply AI tools for scheduling, automation, analytics, and workflow efficiency
  • Stay updated on new AI and social media tools relevant to business growth
  • Ensure ethical and accurate use of AI in line with brand standards

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Assist with influencer collaborations or partnerships when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms
  • Literacy in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, scheduling and analytics tools)
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills
  • Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, property marketing, or investment-related industries
  • Knowledge of paid social media ads and lead generation
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and dashboards
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion strategies

  • Content consistency and quality
  • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Follower growth
  • Leads generated from social media
  • Conversion contribution to sales
  • Effective use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency

Working Conditions

  • Full-time
