Our client is a dynamic sales and marketing firm dedicated to driving revenue and building strong client relationships through innovative strategies. We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager 

Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads for our sales team. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to align content with revenue objectives, leveraging platforms like X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and support sales campaigns.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts, including X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs (e.g., engagement, lead generation, conversions).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create content that drives lead generation and supports client acquisition.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and driving measurable results (e.g., lead generation, conversions).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to meet sales-driven goals.
  • Creative, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
