Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the organization’s presence across multiple digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, platform management, paid media, and community engagement that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • This role requires a passion for digital storytelling, a strong understanding of platform algorithms, and the ability to turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow all official social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) that reflects brand tone and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and trends to optimize content and strategy.
  • Foster community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged posts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, L&D) to amplify campaigns and company messages.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform strategy.
  • Manage basic design needs using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Coordinate and maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficient with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe).
  • Experience with paid campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-native insights.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fast-moving industries is an added advantage.
