Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead our social media presence and content development.
  • This role combines strategic planning, creative storytelling, community engagement, and performance analysis to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
  • Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize platform-specific content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.

Content Creation:

  • Create visually appealing and on-brand content (images, videos, graphics, Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop multimedia content for campaigns.
  • Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform’s tone and audience.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including behind-the-scenes, tutorials, and product demos.

Strategy & Analytics:

  • Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent output and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform analytics.
  • Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and best practices in digital content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content professionally.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other video editing software.
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement techniques.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
