Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead our social media presence and content development.
- This role combines strategic planning, creative storytelling, community engagement, and performance analysis to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
- Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize platform-specific content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.
Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content (images, videos, graphics, Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop multimedia content for campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform’s tone and audience.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including behind-the-scenes, tutorials, and product demos.
Strategy & Analytics:
- Build and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent output and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and native platform analytics.
- Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and best practices in digital content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts and creating content professionally.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other video editing software.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and engagement techniques.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
