Responsibilities
Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop high-quality, engaging content, including videos, photos, graphics, and written posts to promote company listings.
- Write compelling property descriptions, blog articles, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns.
- Capture and edit professional images and videos for virtual tours, property showcases, and client testimonials.
- Research and create informative company content to educate and attract potential buyers and investors.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools
- Engage with the online audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns for social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) and Google Ads to generate leads.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with influencers, real estate professionals, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
Branding & Community Engagement:
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Build relationships with clients, company’s realtors, and potential buyers through interactive content.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
