Job Summary

  • This dual role blends creativity with communication. You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence through engaging content, while also acting as the first point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and gathering feedback to continuously improve our service.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases our brand, products, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor trends and stay up-to-date with platform best practices to grow audience engagement.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and orders via social media platforms, email, and messaging apps.
  • Track and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication with the kitchen and delivery team.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree 
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or customer service (preferably in the food industry).
  • Strong creative skills — especially in content creation, photography, and video editing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience using social media tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Organized, responsive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
