About the Role
- We’re looking for a creative and passionate TikTok Content Creator to join our Marketing Team in Xiaomi Nigeria.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating TikTok videos for Xiaomi and POCO brands. You’ll play a key role in building brand visibility and connecting with young, tech-savvy audiences through engaging short-form content.
Key Responsibilities
- Research trending topics, viral formats on TikTok and identify brand-relevant trends for adaptation.
- Produce both trend-based and original TikTok videos — including ideation, scripting, filming (on-camera).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.
- Coordinate with external TikTok agencies and creators to manage content delivery and performance optimization.
- Track content performance and audience insights to refine future creative direction.
Requirements
- Active TikTok user with strong understanding of the platform’s features and editing tools.
- Strong sense of current trends, viral topics, and youth culture.
- Confident on camera — comfortable appearing in and performing for videos.
- Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday at our Lagos office.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Must possess relevant qualifications from a recognized university .
- Experience in content creation, social media marketing, or video production.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, TikTok Studio, or similar apps).
