Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients; deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Translate client briefs into clear strategies and aligned execution.
- Oversee campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams on proposals and plans.
- Monitor performance, share insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support business development through networking and referrals.
- Manage client feedback and escalations professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an advertising/marketing/media agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
