Job Summary

  • The Brand & Communications Lead will be responsible for shaping the company’s brand identity and building trust with users through compelling marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • This role will drive visibility, installs, and engagement by overseeing digital, offline, and PR initiatives while ensuring consistent brand voice and high-impact communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the brand voice, public relations, media buying, and content strategy.
  • Design and execute digital and social media campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate offline campaigns including radio jingles, out-of-home (OOH) media, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
  • Track and optimize key marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Install (CPI), and engagement rates.
  • Lead internal brand designers and manage external creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly app installs generated from campaigns.
  • Cost per install (≤ ?600).
  • Brand recall and share-of-voice in target markets.
  • Campaign return on investment (ROI) vs. allocated budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in technology or consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong storytelling ability with expertise in both creative strategy and performance marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 / Month.
