The Role
- We are seeking a highly driven and creative Brand, Marketing & Communications Specialist to shape and execute our marketing and communication strategy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening Blackcod’s brand presence, driving engagement, and communicating our value proposition to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with company goals.
- Manage brand identity across all digital and traditional media platforms.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and social media.
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and media engagements to promote brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective stakeholder communication.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze marketing ROI and lead generation performance to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications—preferably within the financial or investment sector.
- Proven experience managing corporate communications and media relations.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
