- We are seeking a passionate mission oriented hybrid Christian Community Manager who will help us grow and steward this community from the ground up.
Responsibilities
As Community Manager, you will:
- Build, nurture, and engage our online community aross WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram
- Support of daily online prayer initiative and periodic webinars and programs
- Publish engaging and relevant content that resonates with the community
- Create support structures for accountability, engagement, and discipleship.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand the community’s reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- A committed mission oriented Christian
- Passionate about spreading the gospel and discipling others through community.
- Experienced in online community building and management (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
- Skilled in communication—both written and spoken—with the ability to inspire, encourage, and guide others.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable creating content and engagement strategies.
- Tech-savvy familiar with social media platforms and ZOOM
- Previous experience managing or moderating Christian communities (online or in-person).
