Additionally, Crown Interactive has established a Nigerian-based products operation with exclusive distribution rights to provide highly innovative 3G data and voice Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) for individual consumers and small-to-medium businesses.

Description

  • Are you passionate about storytelling and creating content that connects technology with people? Do you enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that inform, educate, and inspire audiences?
  • We are seeking a Content Marketing Associateto join our growing Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s voice and brand presence through compelling written content across digital platforms.
  • You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that supports marketing campaigns, product communication, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Working closely with the design, product, and marketing teams, you will translate technical concepts into engaging stories that strengthen the company’s brand and connect with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Editorial Development:

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content including blog articles, thought leadership pieces, reports, case studies and newsletters
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the content calendar.
  • Translate complex industry ororganisationalinformation into clear, accessible content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all written materials.

Website & Digital Content:

  • Support the continuous improvement of theorganisation’swebsite
  • Write and optimise website pages including landing pages, service/product pages and resource pages
  • Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and user-focused

Content Repository & Knowledge Hub:

  • Build and maintain acentralisedcontent library for theorganisation
  • Organise and categorise articles, reports, insights, and resources
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose existing materials into new content formats
  • Conduct research on industry topics, trends, and policy developments.
  • Support the development of thought leadership content

Collaboration with Design & Communications:

  • Work closely with the design team to translate written content into visual assets.
  • Collaborate with thesocial media& PR team to adapt content for digital platforms.
  • Contribute to campaign messaging and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years’ experience in content writing, content marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Experience in the Saas, IaaS or PaaS industries is important
  • Experience managing blogs, websites, or digital content platforms

You’ll excel if you have:

  • Experience working within a marketing, communications, or creative team environment
  • Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress,Webflow,etc) and content scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of content analytics: Google Analytics, social insights, or similar
  • Experience developing or working with a brand voice/messaging framework.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrable portfolio of published content: long-form articles, website copy, or brand communications
  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar, clarity, and editing skills
  • Experience writing for digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to content creation
  • Ability to work across multiple formats and adapt tone for different audiences and channels
  • Professional content writing, copywriting, or editorial experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complextechnology or digital solutionsinto engaging and easy-to-understand content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
