The Content & Marketing Associate will support MyJobMag’s content and marketing efforts by creating engaging written content, managing social media activities, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. 

This role is best suited for a motivated individual who wants hands-on experience and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities 

• Content Creation
  • Write and edit content for the website, blog, newsletters, and other digital platforms
  • Assist in creating job-related, career, and brand-focused content
  • Ensure content aligns with MyJobMag’s tone, style, and objectives
• Social Media Management
  • Create engaging posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
  • Engage with followers, comments, and messages professionally
• Marketing Support
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Help track content and campaign performance
• Growth & Learning
  • Learn and apply basic SEO and content optimization practices
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement

Requirements 

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Very active and confident on social media platforms
• Genuine interest in marketing, branding, and digital growth
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic understanding of content creation or marketing is an advantage (but not mandatory)
