Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a creative and analytical Content/Social Media Strategist to develop, execute, and manage compelling content strategies and social media campaigns that align with our brand goals and target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to drive engagement and growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across all platforms including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply knowledge to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform future content and social strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, sales, etc.) to align messaging and brand voice.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage paid social campaigns (if applicable) and collaborate with digital marketing teams on overall strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital strategy.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong eye for design and ability to work with visual assets (basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices is a plus.
