Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- A strategist with 2–3 years of experience working in a 360° creative or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital content strategies for websites, social media, email, and other channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Content Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and video producers to create compelling content.
- Oversee editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
SEO & Optimization:
- Develop SEO-driven content strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor and optimize content performance using analytics tools.
Audience Research & Insights:
- Analyze audience behavior and trends to inform content decisions.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and social media teams to align content with campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
Community Management:
- Build and nurture online communities across social platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor conversations and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Influencer Management:
- Identify and engage relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging.
- Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
