Since 2018, Primed E-Health has provided end-to-end E-healthcare solutions to digitize clinics and hospitals using our user-friendly and adaptable technology called, "The Smartclinic". The Smartclinic suite of technologies provides immediate access to healthcare and telemedicine services. Our platform addresses issues with long payment lines, crowds, and protracted wait times that are common in Nigerian hospitals. Smartclinic specializes in managing doctor visits, prescriptions, and medical billing. It also provides both online and offline access from any electronic device, offers configurable forms, monitors trends, sets off alerts, and generates reports. Allowing healthcare providers to organize their operations, track payments, cut waste, and improve the quality of care offered to their patients.
About the role
The Digital Marketing & Brand Associate is responsible for shaping, communicating, and amplifying Primed E-Health’s brand across all digital platforms. This role drives product visibility, strengthens market perception, and ensures cohesive messaging for SmartClinic, SmartCard, Telemedicine, and all Primed digital health solutions.
The ideal candidate blends creativity, strategy, and analytics ensuring Primed E-Health becomes the preferred digital health brand for hospitals, patients, and partners.
Job duties
Brand Strategy & Messaging
- Develop a strong and consistent brand identity for Primed E-Health.
- Shape narratives that position Primed as a leading digital health provider.
- Create messaging frameworks for SmartClinic, SmartCard, EMR, and Telemedicine.
Digital Marketing
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, SEM, email, and campaigns.
- Manage paid ads, retargeting, and growth funnels.
- Optimize landing pages for product onboarding and conversions.
- Build lead-generation systems for Business and Operations teams.
Content & Creative Oversight
- Lead content creation (video, articles, product explainers, health education).
- Supervise designers, content writers, and social media staff (future hires).
- Ensure brand voice is consistent across all channels.
Analytics & Growth Monitoring
- Track performance metrics across all platforms.
- Build dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Provide weekly reports on engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and product adoption.
Product Marketing
- Partner with Engineering & Operations to understand product features.
- Translate technical health-tech products into simple, marketable messages.
- Support product launches, demos, and hospital adoption campaigns.
Communication & External Relations
- Work with PR, media outlets, and stakeholders.
- Manage company announcements and thought leadership content.
- Strengthen internal communications for employees and partners.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in tech, fintech, or healthtech.
- Proven experience in brand building and digital campaigns.
Skills
- Strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate into strategy.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation tools.
- Ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
