Rugby School Nigeria will be the Rugby School Group’s third international sister school. Located within the heart of the world-class development of Eko Atlantic in Lagos, Rugby School Nigeria will be a day and boarding school for students aged 11 to 18. The school will start in September 2025, initially meeting demand for a dynamic Sixth Form programme for day girls and boys from age of 16. The senior school for day and boarding students from the age of 11 will open in September 2026. The school aims to synthesise the renowned British education system with rich, diverse, Nigerian and African culture, creating a welcoming and transformative learning environment for students.

  • RSN is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Communications Officer to support the growth and visibility of our school’s brand. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Ruby School Nigeria communicates its values, achievements, and community spirit across digital platforms — from social media to newsletters, website content, and campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and communications ideally within an educational setting
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (social media, website CMS, email marketing, and analytics tools).
  • Track performance data and prepare reports using METIS or ISAMs.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Demonstrable experience in content creation (graphics, short-form video, copywriting).
  • Familiarity with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.

The Digital Marketing & Communications Officer will work under the Director of Admissions and Marketing, supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives, creating engaging digital content, and ensuring consistency across all school communications. This role plays an essential part in strengthening the school’s online presence, enhancing community engagement, and celebrating student and staff achievements.
