A passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. You\'ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • SEO & SEM Management:
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and report on SEO and SEM performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • 1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand engagement and followers.
    • 2. Create compelling social media content (text, images, videos) and manage social media calendars.
    • 3. Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
    • 4. Manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Email Marketing:
    • 1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • 2. Segment email lists and personalize email content.
    • 3. Analyze email marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Content Marketing:
    • 1. Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
    • 2. Create and manage content calendars.
    • 3. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
    • Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
    • Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Staying Up-to-Date:
    • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.  
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
