Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Manage marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, social media, Google Ads, email, and content channels.
Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Oversee SEO/SEM and ensure consistent online visibility across search engines and digital platforms.
Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the media and creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content.
Plan and implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve results.
Identify trends and opportunities for growth within the digital marketing space.
Create reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and lead conversions.
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with business targets.
Requirements
BA/BSc/HND in any field (Marketing Certification is an added advantage)
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing or marketing strategy.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, must be able to turn insights into actions.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
