Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, social media, Google Ads, email, and content channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM and ensure consistent online visibility across search engines and digital platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the media and creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content.
  • Plan and implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve results.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth within the digital marketing space.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track marketing performance and lead conversions.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with business targets.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc/HND in any field (Marketing Certification is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in digital marketing or marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, must be able to turn insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis.
