Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across websites and social media platforms.
  • Design creative graphics, marketing materials, and motion visuals for campaigns.
  • Produce, edit, and publish video content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
  • Write marketing proposals, campaign reports, and promotional content.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search rankings and visibility.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze digital campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Drive lead generation strategies via email marketing, paid ads, and organic reach.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphics design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Strong skills in video editing & motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Proven experience in SEO optimization and Google Analytics/SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Experience in lead generation and digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent writing and proposal development skills.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
