Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube) to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Help create and schedule engaging content — posts, graphics, videos, and blogs — consistent with Ha-Shem’s brand voice.
- Support website updates, SEO optimization, and landing page improvements to drive online conversions.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, and Meta Insights.
- Assist in lead generation and nurture activities for Ha-Shem’s key business solutions, including Microsoft, KnowBe4, and Sophos.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
- Basic understanding of social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing.
- Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.
