Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, efficient, and fast-paced Digital Media & Content Associate to support our brand visibility and property marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality content quickly and consistently in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging property videos, reels, graphics, and captions
- Cover property tours, site visits, and company activities for content
- Execute social media and marketing strategies
- Ensure timely and consistent content delivery
- Manage daily posting and audience engagement
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategically
- Track analytics and support performance reporting
- Collaborate with the sales team to support property marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in content creation or social media management
- Strong video shooting and editing skills (Reels/Short-form content)
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
- Efficient, fast in execution, and deadline-driven
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1
