We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital & Social Media Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our online presence and customer engagement.

Job Summary:

The Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media and online marketing presence. This includes content creation, campaign management, website updates, customer engagement, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, tech-savvy, and highly organized, with a proven ability to convert online leads into sales and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Manage all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-consistent content (posts, graphics, videos, reels, stories).
  • Develop monthly social media calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Grow follower base and increase engagement through strategic campaigns.

Digital Advertising & Budget Management

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize for best ROI while staying within budget.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to maximize conversions.

Website Management

  • Regularly update website content including product listings, blog posts, promotions, and banners.
  • Collaborate with the web development team or use CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) to make changes.
  • Ensure website is SEO optimized and aligned with digital marketing efforts.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Respond promptly to online customer inquiries via social media, chat, or email.
  • Guide potential customers through the sales funnel, answer questions, and follow up until the sale is closed.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional online tone.

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Liaise with operations, sales, and customer support teams to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights and relay actionable suggestions to management.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of digital trends.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and website CMS platforms.
  • Experience managing digital ad budgets and optimizing for results.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of SEO, basic HTML, or e-commerce platforms is an asset.
