Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Graphics & Digital Marketing Associate to support our brand growth and online presence.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual assets, executing digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, and driving engagement and conversions across digital platforms.
  • This role requires a balance of creative design skills and hands-on digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on performance and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across digital channels
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports
  • Conduct audience research and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and website content initiatives where required
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Graphics & Creative Design:

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, website, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Create visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams on campaign concepts and execution.

Content & Brand Management:

  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints
  • Support internal teams with creative and marketing materials as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital Marketing and Graphic Design
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Understanding of paid ads, content performance tracking, and conversion metrics
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
