Key Responsibilities
Brand & Graphics Design:
- Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for company proposals, presentations, project documentation, reports, and marketing materials.
- Translate business ideas, project concepts, and proposals into clear, professional, and visually compelling designs.
- Develop creative layouts and visual concepts for both print and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all company materials in line with approved brand guidelines.
Proposal & Visual Communication Design:
- Create visually engaging, well-structured proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Enhance clarity, readability, and professional appeal through effective layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Translate abstract ideas, concepts, and technical information into clear illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling elements.
- Support management and project teams with both client-facing and internal documentation.
- Ensure all visuals and documents align with brand standards and project objectives.
- Enhance readability, clarity, and professional appeal of documents through effective layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Support management and project teams in preparing client-facing and internal documentation.
Corporate Branding:
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all visual, print, and digital touchpoints.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of logos, colours, fonts, and branding elements.
- Support branding initiatives for new projects, campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Periodically review branding materials and recommend improvements aligned with company strategy.
Website & Digital Content Management:
- Manage, maintain, and update the company website to ensure optimal functionality, performance, and security.
- Perform regular website updates, upgrades, and patches.
- Monitor and resolve website issues, including malware, vulnerabilities, or performance concerns.
- Ensure all website and digital content remains accurate, current, and aligned with corporate branding.
Domain & Hosting Management:
- Monitor and manage website domain and hosting subscriptions.
- Ensure timely renewal of domains and hosting services in line with company timelines and policies.
- Liaise with hosting providers and technical vendors to resolve domain, hosting, or server-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of domain details, renewal dates, and access credentials in compliance with company policy.
Cross-Company Consistency & Support:
- Work closely with management, project teams, and departments to understand design, branding, and digital requirements.
- Provide ongoing design, branding, and website support across company projects.
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across all departments and external-facing materials.
- Offer technical guidance related to website functionality and branding implementation when required.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare periodic reports on design deliverables, website performance, maintenance activities, and updates.
- Document all website upgrades, content updates, domain renewals, and maintenance activities for continuity and accountability.
- Identify and highlight potential risks, improvement opportunities, and resource needs related to design and digital operations.
Qualification / Experience
- 3–5years in IT support, digital branding, or marketing/creative roles.
- IT: Network administration, troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, cybersecurity basics.
- Branding: Logo creation, corporate identity development, digital campaigns, social media branding, content creation.
Experience with relevant tools and software:
- IT: Microsoft Office Suite, networking tools, cloud platforms.
- Branding: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, CorelDraw, Figma, video editing software.
- Knowledge of website management and social media platforms (WordPress, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
