Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & Social Media Assistant to support our daily administrative operations while assisting with basic social media management and occasional logistics tasks.
- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and general administrative tasks.
Social Media & Digital Support:
- Assist in maintaining company social media pages with other team members.
- Help in creating and scheduling basic content
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages or comments when necessary.
Logistics & Operational Support:
- Handle occasional product pick-ups and deliveries from the warehouse or partners.
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and organizing products when needed.
- Provide on-ground support during company events, pop-ups, and activations.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic graphic design or content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
- Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
