Job Duties / Description
- Drive revenue growth and market share within the Southern region through effective sales leadership and strategic business development.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets in cybersecurity and ICT solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to deliver on sales goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with Presales, Technical, and Marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
- Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and forecasts.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.
Qualifications / Technical Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech. in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for regional growth.
- Professional certifications in Sales, ITIL, or OEM-related fields will be an added advantage.
- Age: 35–45 years
