JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Associate to lead the execution and optimization of brand strategies for our clients. This role is suited for a proactive professional with strong analytical skills, creative insight, and the ability to manage projects and client relationships with minimal supervision.

The Senior Brand Associate will work closely with the Brand Manager to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, oversee execution quality, and ensure measurable brand growth across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Brand Execution

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans for internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with brand positioning and objectives.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth brand audits and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance data.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data interpretation.

Campaign & Project Management

  • Oversee content calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, content, acquisition).
  • Ensure timely delivery of all brand assets and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets (where applicable).

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track brand KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client update meetings when required.
  • Provide proactive strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes.

Brand Governance

  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Review all outgoing materials for brand consistency and quality.
  • Maintain brand documentation and asset libraries.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide and support Brand Associates and interns.
  • Provide feedback on creative outputs and strategic execution.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in branding, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing brand campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Leadership capability and decision-making confidence.
