Responsibilities

Content Execution & Publishing:

  • Schedule and publish daily content across all social media platforms (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) in accordance with the content calendar.
  • Ensure all posts are flawless, on-brand, and optimized for each platform's best practices (format, timing, tagging)

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Actively monitor and engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Proactively seek out relevant conversations and partnerships to increase brand visibility within luxury circles.
  • Implement tactics to grow follower count and engagement rates organically.

Strategy Application & Hashtag Research:

  • Execute the established social media strategy and campaign plans with precision.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify and implement high-performing, relevant hashtags and content trends for the luxury audience.
  • Support the development of content pillars and campaign ideas with on-the-ground platform insights.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track, measure, and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, website clicks) on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Compile clear, actionable social media performance reports to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks.

Qualification/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand. Experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • A proven track record of growing social media communities and improving engagement rates.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social). ? Strong copywriting and visual editing skills (using tools like Canva or basic Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategy, and current platform trends.
