- Create compelling storytelling around the Upwardli partnership to show users how Afriex helps build their credit scores.
- Write high-converting copy for social ads and landing pages to fix the "conversion gap".
- Design specific reactivation content to bring "power users" back to the platform.
- Monitor social sentiment and engage with community members to improve retention and address decline in Returning Users.
