ROLE SUMMARY
The Social Media Sales & Conversion Specialist is responsible for converting social and digital prospects into paying customers for TERAWORK. This role sits at the intersection of social media engagement, digital sales conversion, and client experience. The role will actively manage and convert inbound and outbound leads from social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), TERAWORK’s freelance marketplace, and other digital channels, engaging prospects via DMs, comments, emails, and calls to close deals, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively search, identify, and engage potential customers across assigned digital channels.
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting via social media searches, comments, groups, hashtags, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and relevant online communities.
- Build and maintain a structured list of TERAWORK’s potential customers, including startups, SMEs, corporates, institutions, and international organizations.
- Continuously update prospect lists with key decision-makers, contact details, and engagement status.
- Manage and convert both outbound and inbound prospects from above listed channels into paying customers.
- Engage prospects through DMs, emails, calls, virtual meetings, to understand needs and propose suitable TERAWORK solutions.
- Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently move prospects from interest to purchase.
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Track all leads, conversations, and deal stages using TERAWORK’s internal tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate prospect lists, pipeline data, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
- Identify drop-offs in the funnel and recommend improvements to messaging or process.
- Work closely with Talent, Marketing, and Operations teams after deal closure to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Clearly communicate client requirements, timelines, and success metrics to internal teams.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively flag risks that could impact client satisfaction. Client Experience & Retention
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients during every delivery stages.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and support until successful delivery.
- Gather client feedback post-delivery and support upsell, cross-sell, or repeat engagement opportunities.
- Provide regular insights on prospect quality, customer objections, buying behavior, and channel performance. Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach messaging, offers, and conversion strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital sales, growth, customer acquisition, or conversion focused roles.
- Strong working knowledge of digital platforms such as TERAWORK, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Tik-tok, digital lead-generation channels, etc.
- Proven ability to convert warm leads into paying customers.
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines. • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and delivery teams.
