Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Manager to join a real estate sales team in Ikate, Lekki.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, digital marketing, and content creation, and is ready to grow a strong online presence for the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing social media and websites professionally
- Skilled in graphic design and basic video editing
- Solid understanding of real estate marketing and digital audience engagement
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, WordPress or Wix, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
- Manage and regularly update the company website
- Run targeted digital campaigns to attract and engage prospects
- Monitor social trends and recommend strategies to stay relevant
- Create and post engaging content including graphics, videos, and listings
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital platforms.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
